Psi Chapter History

The Psi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, inc. was chartered at the University of Minnesota on April 19th, 1924. It was the 23rd chapter chartered of over 400+ undergraduate chapters worldwide, and boasts a Single letter designation, which only assigned to the first 24 chartered chapters. The chapter is nicknamed "Progressive Psi," largely due to the amount of accolades accumulated over the chapter's rich history (most recently including, but not limited to: North Central Province Undergraduate Chapter of the Year [2006, 2007, 2008, 2010], and International Undergraduate Chapter of the Year in 2007).
